A podium deck for everyday use and a clubhouse spread across four floors, each with a different purpose.
The podium is the level residents actually use daily. It is planned as landscaped open space with activity zones set into it rather than a single lawn.
The clubhouse is spread over four levels, and each floor is programmed for something different rather than being one large hall.

The project is planned around biophilic design: landscaped open areas, vertical gardens and green walls, with homes oriented for natural light and ventilation. The intent is that the green space is visible and usable from the homes, not tucked into a corner of the plot.
